I worked on the terrorist part of the piece first because I like Irina and guns, heh. I chose this picture to be the focal pic because I thought it a good representation of Irina protecting Sydney. Plus she had two guns.

I used three layers to get this coloring. The first layer I just touched up with the brightness and contrast and set it to overlay. The second layer I adjusted the color balance to make Irina really blue. Then I set it to soft light.
